At Creative House, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refunds Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning items and obtaining refunds.

 

Returns

 

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized stickers
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (if applicable)

 

Return Process

 

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@creativehouse.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Refunds

 

Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Late or Missing Refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refund processing times can vary.
  3. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. Contact Us: If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@creativehouse.com.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at support@creativehouse.com and follow the return process.

 

Gifts

 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
